The CoreMedia Product Support Lifecycle provides consistent and predictable support availability guidelines, allowing you to effectively plan and manage your support needs. The Product Support Lifecycle took effect in October 4th, 2013 and is binding for all contracts been closed in succession of this date.


Regular Support - Delivers our best service with our "Professional Support" or "Enterprise Support" for your CoreMedia software with an upfront, three-year support commitment that helps you plan and budget.

Extended Support - Offers an additional two years of support and maintenance releases -within our support packages- for your CoreMedia software for an additional fee, so you can effectively manage your upgrade strategy.
