Product Support Lifecycle

The CoreMedia Product Support Lifecycle provides consistent and predictable support availability guidelines, allowing you to plan and manage your support needs effectively. The Product Support Lifecycle took effect on October 4th, 2013, and is binding for all contracts being closed in this date's succession.

Regular Support - Delivers our best service with our "Professional Support" or "Enterprise Support" for your CoreMedia software with an upfront, three-year support commitment that helps you plan and budget.

Extended Support - Offers an additional two years of support and maintenance releases -within our support packages- for your CoreMedia software for an additional fee, so you can effectively manage your upgrade strategy.
