When it comes to luxury retail this fashion brand changed the way eCommerce is done. The originators of the shoppable editorial, they paved the way for personalized content to drive eCommerce to the next level.

With our flexible tech architecture, their developers can customize the Content Cloud CMS to create a unique solution, tailored especially for their needs. Together we’ve created tech as bespoke as the customer experiences it’s designed to deliver.    

 

Bespoke tech to drive unique customer experiences. 

Working with our teams the clients’ developers took the Content Cloud architecture and transformed it into a unique platform for their marketing teams. Choosing a flexible headless development route they kept the basic CMS structure and tools, then customized large parts of the tech, including creating their own editor interface and branding. 

They use their customized Content Cloud to manage websites and apps, blending their signature editorial content with commerce experiences. Rich media has shoppable product info embedded into it from the CMS. Videos can become shopping tools, with one click purchase straight to ecommerce. Articles are re-purposed for desktop and mobile with the click of a button. The translator tool republishes content in different languages across regions in seconds. And with CRM and product info linked to the CMS, customers get targeted experiences that deliver the content and products they want to see.
