A unified digital presence across 60+ markets

KSB Group, a global leader in pumps, valves, and related services, embarked on an ambitious digital transformation journey to modernize its online presence. Active in over 100 countries, KSB needed a seamless and customer-centric digital experience to better serve its diverse audience across industries. To achieve this, KSB partnered with Bitgrip as implementation partner and relied on CoreMedia as powerful DXP, to relaunch over 60 country websites, integrating a digital product catalog and new eCommerce capabilities.

The challenge: Fragmented digital ecosystem

Before the transformation, KSB's digital landscape was characterized by siloed systems: a corporate website, a basic product catalog with limited search functionality and multiple country-specific sites with inconsistent user experiences. Product configurations were managed separately and data fragmentation hindered the delivery of personalized customer experiences. 

To address these challenges, KSB set out to create a unified digital platform that would enhance discoverability, provide access to product and service information, and offer deep commerce integrations. All while ensuring scalability and flexibility for future innovation.

As a critical first step, KSB introduced a long-planned digital product catalog, enhancing its B2B customer experience.
