Our Content Cloud CMS delivers a smooth and consistent buying journey for all divisions and regions, across all their customer touchpoints.

Replacing an outdated CMS and eCommerce.

Re-platforming CMS and eCommerce at the same time demands flexible technology. Our open API-driven solutions provide exactly that. Content Cloud integrates easily with any commerce platform, including the Salesforce Commerce Cloud system.  

Integrating eCommerce into the CMS means our client can use Content Cloud to connect product information with content. They can create a seamless commerce experience across all their customer channels using a single CMS tool, including their mobile apps.  

Content teams have everything they need in a single CMS tool. Reusable content templates allow brands to standardize corporate identity across all sites. Enterprise-level translation and localization capabilities replace manual processes and allow content sharing across regions. And real-time device and channel previews allow content editors to test and launch new experiences quickly.

Consolidate sites to drive efficiency.

All divisions of our client use Content Cloud as their single global digital experience platform. This increases efficiency across teams, while at the same time giving local teams the tools they need to deliver more personalized regional experiences.  

We launched three new locale sites (US and Canada in English and French) in just 10 weeks, and they all share consistent content and shopping experiences through a single CMS and eCommerce solution.  

Each site benefits from 36 customizable modules, designed for the online store. These modules provide a consistent experience across markets, while at the same time allowing regions to customize their own shopping experiences.

Global strategy rollout.

We continue to work with this client to rollout their global strategy. Next up is the localization of four additional regions in 15+ languages, with further plans to transition all international sites.  

We’re also helping them explore how CoreMedia’s headless content management capabilities can be used to manage content on connected fitness apps.
