Prior to delivery, all content is stored in a neutral format. The delivery components, the CoreMedia Content Application Engine, the CoreMedia Active Delivery Server and the CoreMedia ProActive Delivery Server convert the content with high performance into Content for PC's, mobile phones, TV-sets or print-documents.

The analytics system CoreMedia Analytics is fully integretad into CoreMedia CMS. Large amounts of data such as those produced by high traffic portals present no problem to its sophisticated technology. In addition to numerous reports of user behaviour it provides an overview of the current status of the content in the system.

Open standards - flexible and easily scalable

CoreMedia CMS is based on a client-service architecture and made up of several components. Communication between the components takes place via CORBA - and via http(s) for web clients. All components can run jointly on one machine or separately on dedicated machines. CoreMedia CMS was developed in Java and is based on open standards such as XML, UML, Unicode, Java, Java Beans, SOAP, HTTP and WebDAV. All CoreMedia CMS functions can be controlled using open, Java-based interfaces (CoreMedia Unified API). So they can be integrated flexibly into existing IT infrastructures.
