Florian Matthes holds the chair Software Engineering for Business Information Systems at Technische Universität München. The current focus of his research is on technologies driving the digital transformation of enterprises and societies: Enterprise architecture management, service platform and ecosystem modelling, collaborative model-based working environments and semantic analysis of legal texts (LexAlyze).
He is co-founder and chairman of the board of CoreMedia(1996) and infoAsset (1999), and scientific advisor of UnternehmerTUM, the center of innovation and business creation at TU München.
As advisor of the software architecture working group of the Gesellschaft für Informatik, member of the advisory board of the Ernst Denert-Stiftung für Software Engineering and organizer of several workshops and conferences in the area of enterprise architecture he puts special emphasis on the cooperation between practitioners and scientists in informatics and information systems.
Since 2014 he is extending this theory-based and practice-oriented cooperative work to also include scientists and practitioners from the legal domain to foster a better shared understanding of the interaction between information-centered, economic and legal models of an increasingly digital society.
Earlier stations of his academic career are the Goethe-University Frankfurt (Diploma 1988) the University of Hamburg (PhD 1992), the Digital Systems Research Center (now HP SRC Classic) in Palo Alto, USA (Researcher 1992-1993), and the Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (Associate Professor 1997-2002).
Florian and his wife Nastaran Matthes are proud parents of two daughters.
Oliver Fietz became Managing Director of Deutsche Telekom Strategic Investments GmbH in August, 2014. Recent activities include other than external early stage investments, such as the realization of corporate spin-offs, strategic joint ventures and investments in incubated companies. Formerly he set up the T-Corporate Venture Fund as a Fund Manager, overseeing investments in emerging markets and in seed stage companies. By joining T-Venture in 2001 he endorsed the value management of international investments in the telecommunication area. Oliver took over his first role in the equity industry back in 1997. He held positions in private equity, venture capital and M&A advisory.
In his role as a member of the Supervisory Board of CoreMedia AG, Jan Kühne contributes his experience of financial accounting and corporate finance.
Jan Kühne is a departmental director at M.M.Warburg & CO KGaA, where he is active in the area of Relationship Management Corporate Customers. He was appointed to the Supervisory Board of CoreMedia AG while CEO of the holding company VIGOR Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH and the asset management company SETUBAL Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. Both companies are part of the Warburg Network, for which Mr. Kühne has worked since 2002.
Before taking up the position of CEO at VIGOR, Jan Kühne was an authorized representative of the M.M.Warburg & CO Group (GmbH & Co.), where he built up an investment management unit and managed commercial investments. From the very beginning of his career, he was able to gain a wealth of experience in information technology at c.a.r.u.s. Information Technology AG. After holding several positions on the commercial side at c.a.r.u.s., Mr. Kühne was ultimately appointed CFO – a role with responsibilities for both Finance and HR. Jan Kühne completed his studies in business management at the Helmut Schmidt University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg, graduating with a diploma in management studies.
