SoftM-Gruppe, with SoftM Software und Beratung AG serving as the headquarters and development center in Munich, is a leading German provider of complete, integrated standard business software for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Supplementary to the system SoftM Suite for business-critical applications including an Internet-based e-business solution, SoftM offers its customers comprehensive consulting services as well as support for hardware planning and acquisition.

The enterprise group operates in 16 locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic with approximately 380 employees. During the business year 2000 the SoftM enterprise attained sales revenues of approximately 89 million DEM. Since 21 July 1998 SoftM shares are listed on the New Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

SoftM focuses on standard software. Since1992, when the production area was added to the modules for accounting, sales, and materials science, SoftM has been a complete provider for the entire operational business processes.
