Henrik Schürmann (MBA) manages the CoreMedia Competence Center jointly with Ulrike Marquard. His work includes personnel development, coaching in the subject of self-organization and advising on re-structuring processes. Before joining us as Executive Director, Henrik Schürmann managed several projects at Otto and Vodafone, covering a number of topics including leadership skills development, personnel satisfaction and organizational restructuring measures designed to achieve significant reductions in costs. Born November 10, 1966, in Düren, he can look back on many years of experience in companies active on a global scale, drawing on a wealth of experience in the areas of personnel management, personnel development and change management.
