Executive Director Competence Center

Ulrike Marquard has been managing the CoreMedia Competence Centers since 2006, together with Henrik Schürmann. In this position Ulrike is responsible for the management, coaching, development and pastoral care for around 70 members of staff. Together with Henrik, Ulrike shapes the implementation of the company strategy at a behavioral level through the development and realization of concepts and tools for the development of both the personnel and the organization as part of the unique company culture of CoreMedia.

Ulrike, a qualified MBA, first joined CoreMedia as Human Resources Manager in 1999, after holding positions in personnel consultancy and executive search. From this early stage of development she has designed and monitored the dynamic growth and rapid development of the company, as well as establishing and developing CoreMedia's infrastructure for a modern style of personnel management. As of the company mentors, she encourages discussion about organizational learning, self-organized processes, as well as culture and working conditions as part of the change management process.
