Member of the Supervisory Board

Jan Kühne is the managing director of the VIGOR Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH holding company and of SETUBAL Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH asset management company, and joined the CoreMedia AG supervisory board in this function. Both companies are owned by the Warbung Verbund, for which he has worked since 2002. Prior to becoming managing director of VIGOR, Jan Kühne worked as a procurator for M.M.Warburg & CO Gruppe KGaA. There he built up the administration of holdings and directed commercial investment. He gained in-depth experience in information technology early in his career during his employment at c.a.r.u.s. Information Technology AG. Here, after being active in a number of different positions, he was made a member of the board of financial management and was responsible for personnel and finance.

Jan Kühne was awarded a degree in business administration from the Helmut-Schmidt University – the German Federal Defense Force University, Hamburg.

As a member of the supervisory board of CoreMedia AG, Jan Kühne provides expertise in both commerce and corporate finance.
