Executive Director Product Development

As Technical Director, Uli Henningsen has been responsible for the continuous technical development of the CoreMedia CMS content management system since 2006, managing the product jointly with Gunnar Klauberg. Uli has been involved with core development on this product since 2000 - first as project manager and most recently as head of department.

Before joining CoreMedia, Uli was Head of IT at the Dr. Guth group of clinics from 1995, having previously worked as a software developer for debis (the former Daimler-Benz systems company, now T-Systems). Uli was already working on his entry into the software industry while studying for his information technology degree at the University of Hamburg, There he gained valuable practical experience in a number of projects for SMEs as a freelance software consultant - both during his degree work and after its completion in 1993.
