Executive Director Client Services

Since 2006, Lars Ferner has been responsible for the Client Services department, together with Dr Willms Buhse. He joined CoreMedia in 2000 as a technical consultant, being promoted to senior technical consultant in 2002, and accompanies the introduction of CoreMedia Content Management Systems at clients such as Bauer Verlag, Wincor-Nixdorf, the city of Hamburg, Vodafone and T-Online. From 2004 he became Delivery Unit Head, taking on leadership of one of CoreMedia's three consulting units, and support of the Professional Services department.

After completing his studies in computer science at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany, Lars worked at the Advanced Technologies Laboratory of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, as a visiting research investigator. As part of this research project on autonomous mobile robots, he helped develop complex hardware and software systems.
