Executive Director Product Development

Jens Rieken has headed the Product Center DRM since 2006, alongside Jörg Pechau. Prior to this, as Product Manager DRM, he was responsible for the development of the CoreMedia DRM products. From 2001 to 2005, Jens worked in the Alliances department, supporting CoreMedia's partners; from 2005, he was Head of Alliances. In this function, he coordinated partner marketing, business development and partner sales of CoreMedia CMS and CoreMedia DRM products. Jens first joined CoreMedia in 2000 as a technical consultant, where he was responsible for the planning and management of CMS projects.

Following his graduation in biology in 1997, Jen Rieken worked at the Max Planck Institute for Limnology in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. He began his IT career in 1999, working as an IT manager and system administrator (Unix, MVS) at a firm specializing in logistics IT, where he worked on large-scale projects for Deutsche Bahn AG, the German national rail company.
