Gunnar Klauberg is jointly responsible with Uli Henningsen for the ongoing development of the CoreMedia CMS content management system. An important focus of his work is the handling of the new demands that social computing is placing on today’s companies. Projects involving T-Online, SWR as well as numerous retail sector customers have given Gunnar extensive knowledge of the challenges that our customers must face – both today and in the future. He’s keen to foster product development that anticipates demand – prototyping is a focus, as is of course a close customer relationship. These are guarantees for success in developing customer-oriented solutions on the basis of CoreMedia’s software products.

Prior to his current position, Gunnar was Product Manager for DRM, a particular focus being the management of the CoreMedia DRM Client development project. He also did cutting-edge work in the scope of OMA DRM 2.0 standardization, as well as with the integration of OMA DRM 2.0 features into the Windows Media Player. He has also held the position of Product Manager for CMS, involved since 2002 in releases for the CoreMedia CMS product.

Before joining CoreMedia in 2000, Gunnar managed web portals for Axel Springer AG, which included Bild.de, the online presence of Europe’s largest-circulation tabloid.
